We've organized our delivery service into two convenient zones to better serve the Maputo metropolitan area and surrounding regions.

Zone 1 (Free Delivery) covers our core service area including: Rua da Mozal, Matola Rio, central Matola, Liberdade, Machava, T3, Matola Gare, Magoanine, and Hulene. These areas receive complimentary delivery as part of our commitment to local accessibility.

Zone 2 (200 MZN Delivery Fee) extends our reach to Boane, Marracuene, and other surrounding communities. The nominal fee helps us maintain reliable service to these outer regions while keeping costs reasonable for our customers.

We promise a standard delivery window of 72 hours. However, in many cases for Zone 1 (Maputo center, Matola), we fulfill orders within 24-48 hours. Our dispatch team will call you to confirm the exact delivery time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept severely damaged, cracked, or punctured bottles for hygiene and safety reasons. Minor scratches and scuffs are perfectly fine. If your bottle is rejected, you will need to purchase a new empty unit.

Yes! For on-site refills, you can bring any container size. We charge a flat rate of just 7.00 MZN per liter regardless of the recipient size. Just ensure your containers are clean before bringing them in.

We accept Cash, M-Pesa, e-Mola, and direct bank transfers (Millennium BIM and BCI). Payment is usually processed upon confirmation of order or at the time of delivery/pickup.
